Q. What are E-Series Lamps and Bulbs?

A. E-Series stands for Equivalent Lamps and Bulbs. A Lamp is a Bulb with the Housing attached. These equivalent lamps and bulbs offer an alternative to the high priced factory original lamps, offering the highest quality at a great value. The savings are significant.

Q. What are O-Series Lamps and Bulbs?

A. O-Series means the Bulb, whether in an equivalent housing or by itself, is a Factory Original Bulb. These lamps and bulbs offer Better Reliability, Longer Life, Brighter Picture, and a Longer Warranty.

Q. Can I come in and pick up a lamp if I live nearby?

A. Yes. We offer in-house pickup on all in-stock items. Hours for pickup are Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We accept cash or credit/debit, and we require a valid ID with all purchases. There is a $10 processing fee for all local pick-ups.

We warehouse 95% of our products at 110 Webb Street in Hamden, Ct! If you are electing to pick up your order direct from the warehouse, please contact a sales representative before arriving to ensure your order is in stock and prepared for pickup.

All local pick-up orders are subject to 6.35% Connecticut sales tax regardless of your home address.

Q. Do you accept C.O.D. or Check-by-phone? 

A. No.

Q. Can I get a discount if I purchase more than one lamp?

Q. Is my Extended Warranty refundable? 

A. Your Extended Warranty can be cancelled if you return the product purchased within our 30 day return policy with approved return authorization number. This does not apply to special order items. 

Q. Will my order ship same-day?

A. All orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ship same day, provided there are no problems processing the order. Please make sure that your credit card information is current and that funds are available before placing your order, as this can slow down the processing time. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will ship next business day.

Q. How do I know if a product is in stock?

A. We stock all E-Series and O-Series lamps at our warehouse in Hamden, CT. However, we do occasionally run out of certain products. Most OEM and specialty lamps, projectors, and specialty products are drop shipped directly from our distributors. Please call our sales department to check for availability, at 1-800-678-8585.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship 95% of our projector bulbs and lamps from our warehouse in Hamden, CT. Most OEM lamps, specialty products, projectors, etc, drop ship directly from our distributors, which are located around the country. Please contact our sales department if you have questions about those.

Q. How long will it take a product to reach me?

A. The length of transit time depends on where the product is being shipped to, as well as the shipping method that you choose. We offer UPS Next-Day, Second-Day, and 3-Day shipping options, as well as ground service. Please see the UPS Transit Time map for ground service transit times.

Q. How do I find out which lamp I need?

A. If you are unsure what the part number of your lamp is, you can enter the model number of your television or projector into the search box on the left hand side of the webpage. Make sure to enter the model number exactly as it appears, with dashes, spaces, etc.

Please note: serial numbers can not be used to find the part number of a lamp. If you are having trouble yielding results, you can contact our sales department at 1-800-678-8585.

Q. What is the difference between a bulb only and a lamp with housing?

A. Lamp with housing means that the bulb comes encased in the black box that fits right into the TV or projector. Very little experience or knowledge is required to install these lamps. However, bulb only models can often be complicated to install. They must be wired and/or soldered into your existing housing.

We recommend purchasing the lamp with housing if you have never installed a projector lamp before, as they are often easier and more cost-effective. Please feel free to contact our sales department at 1-800-678-8585 for additional information.

Q. Why do you require to ship to the billing address of the credit card?

A. On all first time orders, we must ship to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase. This is to protect both you the buyer, and our company. By shipping to the billing address, we can be sure that the lamp is going to the cardholder and is not being used fraudulently. Once a customer has ordered from us at least once, we can ship anywhere they would prefer. Exceptions can sometimes be made for businesses with multiple addresses, school districts, and government agencies.
